Check the preview, then choose one of two buttons. The blue Download Now button saves the video. The green Download Audio (MP3) button saves just the sound.
The file goes to your phone's Downloads folder. You can also open it straight from the notification bar.
Safari asks you once. Then open the Files app and go to Downloads. To move a video into Photos, tap Share and choose Save Video.
The file is saved to your Downloads folder.
